When an exhibitor cannot attend a particular exposition because of an unforeseen occurrence, you can transfer the exhibitor's order to another exposition.
To transfer an exhibitor to another exposition
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Open the order of the exhibitor whose order you want to transfer (see Finding Exposition Orders).
3. Click Transfer/Substitute. Your cursor is now in the Exposition field.
4. Overtype the Exposition Code with the Code of the new exposition.
5. Click Save.
Note: Any positive balance from the original booth order is applied as a credit towards the exposition to which the exhibitor was transferred.
After performing a substitution, CT appears on the Expo Roster window and the Roster Search window by the name of the original exhibitor, indicating that the exhibitor's order was canceled and transferred.
Also, the Transaction Ledger window lists the details of the transferred booth order, including the exposition code to which the order was transferred.
